RACC's mission is to work for a healthy & typical Cane Corso, to support our members and breeders and to collect and analyze information as well as to organize various activities.

§1 Objectives
The breed club The breed and breeding association for Cane Corso, which is a non-profit association, aims to, within the framework of the special club's statutes, safeguard specific interests for the breed through:
to arouse interest in and promote the breeding of mentally and physically healthy, practical and externally mature breed dogs.
to preserve and develop the specific characteristics of the breed and work for the development of dressage and its practical use.
to inform and disseminate knowledge about the breed's behavior, its upbringing, education and care.
to monitor and work with issues that have a breed-specific interest in the dog owner and
dog ownership.
to create and maintain good relations between the outside world and the dog owner and dog ownership.

§ 2 Activities
To achieve the set goal, the club must:
Inform and disseminate knowledge about the Breed and Breeding Association for Cane Corso - its goals, organization and working methods.
Inform about the club's race and its uses.
Provide information and advice on breeding issues in accordance with guidelines established by SKK.
Actively follow the cynological development of the club's race within and outside the country.
Train instructors, dog owners and dogs so that the dogs' breed-specific characteristics can be used.
Organize activities in accordance with SKK's directives.
Support and participate in SKK's research work.
Participate in consultations within and outside the SKK organization.
SAMLA INFORMATION
2020 gjorde RACC en stor hälsoundersökning i enkätform. Alla Cane Corsoägare som fanns registrerade på Djurid.se kontaktades via mail och ombads att svara på enkäten. Hälsoenkäten var en omfattande undersökning och 460 ifyllda formulär kom tillbaka till RACC.
Styrelsen fick både ris och ros för denna undersökning, allt från uppskattande och tacksamma djurägare som såg förtjänsten med enkäten till dem som ansåg den vara helt och hållet meningslös & näst intill förolämpande. RACC sammanställde de svar som inkom och med denna omfattande informationskälla kunde vi lära en hel del om vår ras. Läs mer här.
Kunskap om Cane Corsons hälsa hämtas också från Agria Breed Profile samt försäkringsbolagen If och Svedland som för liknande statistik över Cane Corso som Agria gör.
RACC's styrelse och kommittémedlemmar försöker att fortlöpande hålla sig uppdaterade inom området hälsa.
RACC's Avelskomitté arbetar för fullt med RAS 2022, en revidering av RAS 2013.
